Papa’s Pilar Rum Distillery
Named after Ernest Hemingways’ beloved boat named Pilar, Papa’s Pilar Rum Distillery was created to harness Hemingway’s adventurous spirit. The award-winning spirits produced at this Key West distillery are made by combining the finest rums from the Caribbean and Central, North, and South America.
Key West Trading Company
The brainchild of a fifth-generation whiskey maker from Kentucky, Key West Trading Company creates its world-class spirits by combining modern processes and old-world techniques. Stop by Thursdays through Sundays from 5 to 9 p.m. to enjoy free tastings. Their creations include fantastic vodkas, bourbons, and rums.
